I am researching distressed mortgages, anyone can help?
Are you talking about the sub-prime mortgages made in the US that are tanking some of the major investment companies?
There weren't that many, but that is what happens when you make bad loans to people who don't have the income, and who don't understand what they are getting themselves into. It is heartbreaking for them, when they lose their property and all they have invested, and it doesn't do the bottom line any good of the people who made the bad loans.

intlxpat: Wow, you are well educated on the subject. The distressed mortgages opportunity is actualy related to the subprime crisis in that these mortgages are being sold on a discount. Can't go into too many details now still need more information myself. As I said though, I wish I could just say to the manager "Nope its not worth it" and he would spare me the research and all but it doesn't work like that here :)

Yesterday i almost cried while dragging myself out of bed in the morning. Lack of sleep is a killer wala. It's terrible. Am glad am not a doctor.
